Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and end-to-end service across the Intuit ecosystem.

You will grow the local client base through outreach, collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams, and provide personalized support to individuals and small businesses, helping customers achieve optimal financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season.
• Familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; act as the local TurboTax face.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
