Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while also growing the local client base and connecting customers with Intuit’s broader services.

You will work with a team of financial professionals in a collaborative environment, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and representing Intuit in community engagement activities and local events.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax prep experience with 30+ 1040s filed per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
