Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while also growing the local client base through community outreach and partnerships.

You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services, from personal taxes to business income and amendments.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Develop understanding of clients' complete financial picture and connect them with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and video interactions.
