Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

This role emphasizes local market growth and end-to-end client service. You will build lasting relationships, grow your client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Must hold PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with software.
• Willing to upsell bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Complete required training and wear uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Build long-term client relationships.
