Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.

You’ll grow the local client base, build trusted relationships, and participate in community activities to enhance brand awareness.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Drive local growth by building a client base and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Act as the local face of TurboTax and engage with the community through events and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
