Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice for in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, grow the local client base, and provide a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience while upholding Intuit's mission.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill to bookkeeping/payroll/tax advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experience.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit tools.
