Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance to clients in-person and virtually.

You will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, while growing the local customer base and ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season with professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must reside in the United States and be onsite at a TurboTax office location (20+ hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Support complex tax scenarios including personal and business income and amendments.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experience.
