Job summary

Intuit is seeking year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance to individuals and small businesses.

You will collaborate with a team of tax professionals, manage end-to-end engagements, grow the local client base, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes and familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex tax scenarios.
• Develop and grow a local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
