Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support for both in-person and virtual clients, coordinating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will also act as a local community ambassador, growing the client base through outreach, events, and partnerships while delivering a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 federal/state returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Must complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual EN/ES skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Handle personal and business income, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with Tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for seamless client experience.
