Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support for a diverse client base, while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business income, deductions, amendments).
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and year-round support.
• Engage with clients in-person and virtually to build long-term relationships and trust.
