Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance. You will engage clients in-person and virtually, serving as a trusted advisor and connecting customers with a broader team of specialists.

You will grow the local client base, embody a community ambassador mindset, and collaborate across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to provide holistic tax support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base and establish long-term relationships through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure compliance and ongoing training.
