Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and personalized advice across personal and business needs. You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to provide a seamless, end-to-end client experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; name/picture may be used for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
• Engage with clients both in person and via video tools to resolve tax-related challenges.
