Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at dedicated TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, client advisory, and end-to-end support, while growing your local client base and connecting clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping and payroll.

You'll partner with a team of tax professionals, deliver high‑quality service, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios in a fast-paced, community‑oriented environment.

Formación

• EA,CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow name usage for advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingualism is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with in-person and virtual support.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure a seamless client experience.
