Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite, delivering expert tax preparation and advice to individuals and small businesses. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to provide end-to-end client solutions.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships, while guiding clients to the full Intuit ecosystem and resources for year‑round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory.
