Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to in‑person and virtual clients.

You will grow the local client base through outreach and events, connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and team with specialists to deliver an end‑to‑end Intuit experience that builds lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid federal/state 1040 returns; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, Mon-Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Develop local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver excellent customer experience both in-person and virtually.
• Represent TurboTax in community programs and marketing efforts.
