Intuit, Inc. is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with a wider team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will grow your local client base, foster long-term relationships, and support community outreach while delivering a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximise refunds.
• Offer future tax planning guidance in clear everyday language.
• Collaborate with Intuit specialists for an end-to-end client experience.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
