Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.

You’ll also grow the local client base through community outreach and partnerships, building long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
• Develop relationships to grow long-term client portfolios.
