Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support, guiding clients through complex scenarios and business income considerations.

You will also serve as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s, using professional software, Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, typical 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Complete required training; wear provided uniforms; engage in local marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience with clear, personalized guidance.
• Leverage Intuit resources to connect clients with the full ecosystem and Future planning.
