Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll grow the local client base and be the local face of TurboTax with strong customer relationships. You’ll engage in community events, deliver personalized tax solutions, and help clients realize better

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
