Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice while coordinating with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and participate in marketing initiatives, with a focus on long-term relationships and holistic financial guidance.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, Monday–Friday, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Represent TurboTax in local and online marketing efforts.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
