Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts, working on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide expert tax preparation, personalized advice, and connect clients to Intuit’s broader ecosystem, while growing a local customer base and delivering end-to-end service.

You’ll collaborate with tax specialists in business income, deductions, and planning, empowering clients to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and network.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships through excellent service and trust.
