Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation and expert advice at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences for individual and business clients.

You will engage with customers in person and via Intuit tools, build trust, and expand the local client base through community outreach and personalized financial guidance.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with specialists for holistic tax advisory services.
• Build long-term client relationships and trust.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in person and virtually.
