Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing a local client base and collaborating with a team of specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem.

You will help clients navigate complex tax scenarios, deliver end-to-end service, and participate in community events to build trust and loyalty for TurboTax.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience with 30+ returns per season.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Develop and grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Act as primary liaison between clients and Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
