Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team, handle personal and business tax scenarios, and connect clients with Intuit's broader services to build lasting relationships.

You’ll engage with the local community, drive growth, and deliver a seamless customer experience using TurboTax tools and marketing support.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Min 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with team to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.
