Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts in dedicated on-site TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base and build long-term relationships.

You will work with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, supporting customers’ complete

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to onsite at TurboTax office 20+ hours per week and complete required training.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Deliver end-to-end, best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
