Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a nationwide TurboTax location. You will provide on-site, full-service tax preparation and advice, while connecting clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem of bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll work in-person with clients and remotely via Intuit tools, growing your local practice and delivering a seamless, end-to-end customer experience during the tax season and year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences both in person and via video tools.
