Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts, working on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and engage with the local community to build a thriving client base.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end support, leveraging Intuit resources to empower clients year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 1040s (30+ returns) per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as appropriate.
• Develop relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
