Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and connect clients to a broader team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and represent TurboTax in the community, delivering a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience with strong customer service.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with company training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Training and development will be provided; uniforms may be required.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools to resolve tax questions.
