Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and help clients achieve financial goals through in-person meetings, community outreach, and leveraging marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete required training and development; able to wear uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping or payroll as appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with in-person and virtual interactions.
