Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance while building a local client base. You will collaborate with a network of specialists to provide end-to-end tax solutions and year-round support, both in person and digitally.

You will act as a community ambassador, drive local growth, and develop relationships that turn one-time clients into long-term partners, leveraging Intuit resources and marketing support.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ 1040s per season with software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 rules and compliance expectations.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week during standard hours.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in marketing materials.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
• Engage with clients both in-person and via Intuit video tools to ensure seamless service.
