Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join TurboTax Local Service Expert teams. You will perform on-site tax preparation, deliver expert guidance, and connect clients with a broad ecosystem of Intuit services while building a local client base and partnerships.

You will collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end support and a superior customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or tax advisory with training.
• Onsite role at a TurboTax office, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with advertising using your name.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to build a local client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with a specialists team to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
