Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams, delivering comprehensive tax preparation and expert advice. You will engage with personal and small business clients, build long-term relationships, and extend services across the Intuit ecosystem.

You will work with a collaborative team, handle complex scenarios, and participate in local community outreach to grow the client base while providing exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, both in-person and via virtual tools.
