Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts. You will handle full-service tax preparation, provide expert advice, and collaborate with a broad set of specialists to deliver end-to-end support.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and connect clients to Intuit’s broader services such as bookkeeping and financial planning. This role emphasizes on-site presence and a strong customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training, uniform-wearing, and branding usage as part of company requirements.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via TurboTax tools.
