You will grow the local client base, provide personalized tax advice, and leverage Intuit tools and marketing support to build a thriving practice while upholding high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professional with strong tax preparation experience.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax office location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with customers on-site and via Intuit video tools to address inquiries and tax challenges.
