Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated Tax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while coordinating with a broader team of specialists to address business, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning needs.

You will build relationships in the local community, grow the client base, and leverage TurboTax marketing tools to create enduring client loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours per week.
• Must complete required training and development; uniforms and advertising usage may apply.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through grass-roots outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver excellent, personalized customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Assist clients remotely and in person using Intuit video tools and platforms.
