Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance for individuals and small businesses while collaborating with a network of specialists.

You will build local relationships, drive community growth, and provide a seamless end-to-end experience using Intuit tools, with a focus on exceptional service and long-term client loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite availability 20 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in advertising.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Develop relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Utilize Intuit tools and CRM to ensure a seamless end-to-end client engagement.
