Job summary

Intuit is seeking proactive TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory work at a local TurboTax location. You’ll serve individual and business clients, integrating tax expertise with broader Intuit services to deliver end-to-end support.

You will build relationships within the community, grow a client base, and collaborate with a team of specialists to provide comprehensive financial solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years assisting with 30+ federal/state individual returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to drive loyalty.
• Link clients with the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via digital tools.
