Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and advisory services. You’ll work closely with a team of tax professionals, engage with local communities, and grow a client base while leveraging Intuit tools and marketing support.

You will partner with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience and ongoing prosperity for clients and the local office.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, at least 20 hours/week
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms
• Must be willing to use your name and picture for advertising
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise – hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, personal and business
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador – build local client base via outreach and partnerships
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem – connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and credits
• Build Relationships – develop long-term trust with clients
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience – ensure professional service and clear financial guidance
