• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location and comply with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and advisory services.
