Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver an end-to-end, local service experience.

As a trusted advisor, you will build relationships in the community, drive local growth, and support clients through personal and business tax situations, while working onsite 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client experiences.
