Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and serve as the trusted local advisor connecting clients with booking, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and deliver a seamless end-to-end experience for both in-person and virtual customers.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns prep using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax services.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
