Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, working onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while also growing the local client base and collaborating with Intuit’s ecosystem.

This role emphasizes in-person and virtual client interactions, a strong understanding of tax law, and a community-focused mindset to drive prosperity for clients and your business partner network.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear provided uniforms and participate in advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with deductions optimization, amendments, and tax planning.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver end-to-end service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
