Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join TurboTax Local Service Expert teams at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services, from bookkeeping to financial planning.

This is onsite work with a strong emphasis on community engagement and growth, from W-2 to complex tax scenarios. You will collaborate with a network of professionals to deliver end-to-end solutions, leveraging

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years' paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in advertising with your name/picture.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
