Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while connecting clients with a broader team of specialists for end-to-end service. You will also grow the local client base, engage with the community, and represent Intuit across marketing channels.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Min 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships
