Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and support clients with a full-service, end-to-end experience in collaboration with a broader Intuit ecosystem. Role emphasizes on-site work, community outreach, and developing long-term client relationships while leveraging TurboTax tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base by local outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals.
