Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and support clients with complex tax scenarios while collaborating with tax professionals across business lines. You will actively grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and help clients navigate the full Intuit ecosystem for year-round financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax office; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador by building a local client base and driving growth.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and support.
