Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide expert advice, and collaborate with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will grow the local customer base, engage with the community, and ensure a high standard of service while supporting complex tax needs and year-round advisory opportunities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230; willingness to upskill into additional services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events and referrals.
• Collaborate across bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
• Build relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit customer experiences.
• Offer tax planning and connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions.
