Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a local TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader services to support year‑round financial wellbeing.

You will grow the local client base, lead community engagement, and work onsite with a team of tax professionals to deliver a seamless TurboTax experience.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local client base, engage with the community, and coordinate with Intuit’s ecosystem of services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, both in person and via virtual channels, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
