Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare tax returns, and work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

You’ll grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage Intuit resources to support clients’ year-round financial needs. This on-site role emphasizes a personalized customer experience and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.
• Must be willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.
