Intuit is seeking motivated Local Service Experts for TurboTax locations across the United States. You will handle on-site tax preparation, offer expert advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver a comprehensive financial service experience.

You will engage with local communities, grow your client base, and provide year-round support across personal and business tax scenarios, aiming to foster lasting customer relationships and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Develop relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and virtually.
